1. Start your own server (or maybe server you otherwise have admin rights to)
2. Start a scavenge map: Sugar Mill.
3. Enter this into the devconsole: changelevel c4m3_sugarmill_b scavenge
It's the sugar mill, but flooded. Little glitchy (when I played, cans occasionally did not show up). Also, it's raining.
